Welcome to CoreDhristi (the "Website"). By signing up to the waitlist or otherwise using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, do not enroll in the waitlist or use this Website.

1. Waitlist Enrollment

CoreDhristi is currently in pre-launch stage. Enrollment on the early access waitlist does not guarantee entry into the platform, a platform subscription, or automatic approval of creator listings. Founding member badges and launch cohort discounts are subject to verification of applicant details by the CoreDhristi founding team.

2. Not a Purchase or Binding Commitment

Joining this waitlist is free and is not a purchase, a pre-order, a reservation of any specific price, or a binding commitment by either party. It does not create a contract to deliver any particular feature, agent, or platform capability. The platform itself is pre-launch and everything described on this Website, including pricing, features, and the launch window, is subject to change before general availability.

By submitting your name, email address, role, and details via the waitlist form, you explicitly consent to CoreDhristi collecting, storing, and processing your personal data. This data is collected to evaluate early access applications, verify credentials, and send project update emails. The collection is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is designed in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (India), and with reference to the GDPR for EU visitors.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Website only for its intended purpose: learning about CoreDhristi and requesting early access. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in the waitlist form.
Attempt to scrape, automate, or bulk-submit waitlist entries.
Attempt to probe, exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this Website or its underlying systems.
Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

We reserve the right to disregard waitlist submissions, and to restrict access to the Website, for anyone who violates this section.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this Website, including text, designs, layout, code structure, custom liquid-glass components, logos, and scripts, is the exclusive intellectual property of CoreDhristi and is protected under national and international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws. Any unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. AI Product Guide Usage

The "CoreDhristi Product Guide" on this Website is an on-site knowledge tool, not a customer support chatbot and not powered by any external AI model. It answers visitor questions using a fixed, curated knowledge base about the platform. Any information provided by the Product Guide:

Does not constitute a binding legal agreement, pricing commitment, or official warranty.
Should not be relied upon as absolute platform status.
Must not be subjected to automated scraping, abuse, or server-side exploit attempts. We log IP addresses and reserve the right to restrict access for users who abuse this or any other feature of the Website.

Before your first question in the Product Guide, we ask for your name, email address, and role, once per visitor, so the founding team can follow up if useful. This is a separate consent moment from the waitlist form: submitting it requires ticking a checkbox agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and your details are handled under the same DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR-equivalent standards described in our Privacy Policy. You will not be asked again on a return visit from the same browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

This Website and its pre-launch materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CoreDhristi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding site uptime, future platform timelines, or launch commitments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreDhristi shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this pre-launch Website or waitlist registration.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest update will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website post-modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
